Transcriptome analysis of Candida albicans exposed to sub-inhibitory and inhibitory concentrations of tunicamycin

We exposed log phase cells of C. albicans lab strain SC5314 to sub-inhibitory (1 µg/ml) and inhibitory (4 µg/ml) of tunicamycin for 1 h, then compared the transcriptome to the no drug treated cells.
