The action mechanism of a cell-permeable RAS inhibitor (Pen-cRaf-v1) and its binding-disrupting mutant (Pen-cRaf-v1-AA) was studied by transcription profiling of Mia PaCa-2 cancer cells treated with the inhibitors at the concentration of 10 microM for 3 hours.
