RNA-seq of human multiple myeloma cell line JJN-3 virally transduced to overexpress PRL-3 compared to JJN-3 cells transduced with mock control

Phosphatase of Regenerating Liver 3 (PRL-3) is involved in oncogenesis in cancers of various tissues, but is only expressed at low levels in normal cells. To find processes and signaling pathways influenced by PRL-3, we overexpressed it using viral transduction in the JJN-3 cell line and compared the transcriptional changes to the mock transduced control cell line.
