GUCY1B2(鸟苷酸环化酶1可溶性β亚基2)属于鸟苷酸环化酶(sGC)基因家族,该家族成员是NO(一氧化氮)信号通路的关键组成部分,负责催化GTP生成第二信使cGMP,参与血管舒张、神经传递和血小板聚集等生理过程。GUCY1B2与GUCY1A2或GUCY1A3形成异源二聚体,构成功能性sGC酶,主要表达于中枢神经系统和血管平滑肌中。其产物通过NO-sGC-cGMP通路调节血管张力,突变可能导致信号传导异常,与高血压、肺动脉高压和神经退行性疾病相关。若GUCY1B2过表达,可能增强cGMP生成,导致血管过度舒张或神经信号紊乱;表达降低则可能引发血管收缩障碍或神经功能障碍。该基因家族(sGC)的共性包括血红素结合域(感受NO信号)和催化域(生成cGMP),成员均依赖NO激活。目前对GUCY1B2的研究较少,其特异性功能尚待进一步阐明,但已知与GUCY1B1有高度同源性,可能在特定组织中发挥补偿作用。
