S100G(也称为钙结合蛋白S100G或CABP1)是一种小分子钙结合蛋白,属于S100基因家族。S100家族由约25个成员组成,其共同特点是含有EF-hand结构域(一种特定的钙离子结合模体),能够通过结合钙离子调节细胞内的钙信号传导,参与多种生理过程如细胞增殖、分化、炎症反应和细胞骨架动态调控。S100G主要在肠道、肾脏和胎盘中高表达,其生物学功能包括调节钙离子稳态、参与肠道钙吸收以及细胞内的信号转导。S100G的表达产物通过与靶蛋白(如膜联蛋白annexin或其他S100蛋白)相互作用,影响细胞黏附、迁移和凋亡等过程。若S100G发生突变,可能导致其钙结合能力异常,进而干扰钙依赖性信号通路,与肠道钙吸收障碍或某些肿瘤的发生发展相关。研究表明,S100G在结直肠癌中可能作为抑癌基因发挥作用,其表达降低与肿瘤侵袭性增强有关;而过表达则可能通过抑制细胞周期进展或促进分化来抑制肿瘤。S100家族成员通常具有组织特异性表达模式,并在癌症、神经退行性疾病和心血管疾病中发挥双重作用(既可促癌也可抑癌)。例如,S100A4与肿瘤转移相关,而S100B参与神经损伤修复。S100G的异常表达还可能影响其他钙依赖性基因(如钙调蛋白依赖性激酶)的活性,进而干扰细胞代谢或应激反应。目前S100G的中文译名“钙结合蛋白S100G”较为通用,但需注意其与钙结合蛋白Calbindin(另一类钙结合蛋白)的区别。
